- Support the development and implementation of the vision, strategy, and operational support for Automated marketplaces, including Programmatic and Self-Service, to drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
- Utilize expertise in ad platforms to facilitate cross-functional alignment and collaboration among Legal, RYM, Ad Ops, Traffic, Sales, Data, Marketing/Solutions, Research, Measurement, and Finance teams.
- Execute business readiness activities, manage product requests, oversee data management, conduct UAT testing, provide daily system support, deliver training, facilitate communications, and ensure legal alignment for the deployment of products and workflows.
- Act as the central point of contact across business teams, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, ad operations, or media planning, preferably in programmatic, or equivalent business experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Product Development, or related field.
- Experience collaborating with sales, operations, and technology teams.
- Proficiency in digital advertising technologies; experience with Operative and Salesforce is a plus.
- Functional understanding of ad delivery cycle roles and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate user issues to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and dedication to achieving goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with self-service marketplaces and digital advertising ecosystems is desirable.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with programmatic media is preferred.
- Proficiency in tools like Smartsheets or Airtables is advantageous.

Job Summary:
The Associate Manager, Programmatic Enablement, within the Sales Enablement team plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategy, planning, and execution of business opportunities for Automated ad sales marketplaces.
