    Summer Marketing Internship

    Our Part-Time Summer Marketing Intern will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement through planning and co-hosting open house events, creating social media content, and organizing brand assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for creating compelling content.

    Compensation:

    $18 - $25 hourly

    Responsibilities:

    Event Planning and Hosting:

    • Plan, coordinate, and host open house events to promote real estate listings
    • Develop event plans, promotional materials, and coordinate logistics.
    • Engage with attendees, gather feedback, and report on event success.

    Social Media Management:

    • Create engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

    Brand Asset Organization:

    • Maintain and organize digital brand assets, including photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new brand assets as needed.

    Content Creation:

    • Write and edit marketing copy for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
    • Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics and videos, to support marketing campaigns.

    Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, event attendance, and overall marketing activities.
    Qualifications:
    • Passion for marketing, event planning, content creation
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
    • Part-time position with flexible hours
    • Some evening or weekend work may be required for event hosting
    • Ability to travel locally for events if necessary
