    Marketing Specialist Intern

    This is a full-time Intern position based in the L. A. area, CA.

    Responsibilities:

    Undertake the organization and execution of market research and analysis in the Americas region as per departmental and company requirements.

    Conduct market insight research focusing on market, customer, industry, competitors, etc., and prepare specialized reports for company reference.

    Organize and carry out special business planning for the company per departmental and company requirements.

    Conduct relevant market information collection and analysis work around major topics the company assigned, providing management decision support.

    Responsible for undertaking the company's brand-building requirements and conducting brand-building and dissemination work.

    Support the company's official website, social media platforms, etc.

    Develop marketing activity plans, formulate annual plans, and organize implementation.

    Organize participation in major industry exhibitions and liaise with relevant suppliers to execute activities/events.

    Responsible for supervising and evaluating the effectiveness of large-scale marketing activities or exhibitions in the region and international companies.

    Lead the development of annual marketing budget plans.

    Organize the implementation of gifts, materials, and other marketing materials required to support exhibitions, events, and marketing needs.

    Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.

    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with teams across different time zones.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to travel within the region.

    Experience in organizing large-scale events is preferred.

    Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.

    Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
