**General Summary:**

The HR Service Delivery Lead influences and enhances the delivery and strategy of HR service delivery and customer experience as part of the HR Operating Model (HROM). This role ensures a constant customer connection and centricity that informs and embeds our customer requirements/needs/experience into the design of our people, process and technology. This role engages, influences and/or leads diverse customers, individuals and/or teams to accomplish broad strategic imperatives in line with key HR strategies.

This role ensures the integration of information, data and feedback from numerous systems and customer input mechanisms to assess, identify and implement continuous improvement and customer experience opportunities within HR that mobilizes optimization and enhancement initiatives. This role is accountable to collect and translate the voice of the customer into actions and results that create awareness, educate customers and HR Service Owners, as well as, deliver communications and learning that will help achieve desired customer experiences through the evolving HR Service Delivery model. As such, this individual will own the myHR portal strategy, content evolution and governance, as well as, the streamlining and centralization of evolving HR core people processes.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

HR Project Management Lead - From ideation through execution (continuous Improvement initiatives, technology optimization and enhancements), including creating project plans, defining measures of success, cross-functional collaboration, communication, change management, and stakeholder management.

Focus on standardization, simplification and automation and ensure the standardized processes are maintained and executed consistently.

Connect with and influence the HR function to create a common enterprise approach to the customer experience.

Assess the effectiveness of the HR Operating Model and develop strategies to continue to evolve, improve and measure the model and experience for our stakeholders.

Enhance and optimize the design of people, process and technology (Workday, ServiceNow, myHR) to provide the proper balance between customer service, operational efficiency, and cost.

Integrate information, data and feedback from numerous customer inputs (surveys, focus groups, user reports) to derive insights that guide strategic actions to improve customer trust.

Identify and translate organizational and customer needs into educational and learning content for consumption by HROM customers/stakeholders.

Ensure investment in customer learning drives outcomes in line with stated strategic organizational priorities (i.e. self- sufficiency, enabling technology, increased portal adoption, etc.)

Own enterprise HR portal strategy, expansion, design, user experience and content governance.

Review and analyze Customer Satisfaction survey results, complaints, performance data etc. to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

**Minimum Requirements:**

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent required.

7-10 years progressive responsibility in HR management/operations across the continuum of the HR function such as COE, business partner, generalist and operations in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Experience leading/participating in large/complex organizational projects with significant change management.

Demonstrated competency in both strategic thinking and the ability to deliver plans through mobilization and execution.

Experience leading initiatives in a customer-centric environment required. Demonstrated ability to engage diverse customers in a participative manner to identify needs and requirements. Experience with basic customer engagement methodologies such as focus groups, surveys, and interviews.

Proven project management experience with strong abilities in relationship, stakeholder and change management. Demonstrated competency in managing resources to deliver multiple complex concurrent outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement educational and developmental material (i.e., job aids, customer service training) that guide and shape employee behavior toward intended and desired outcomes.

Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization including an executive- level audience.

Demonstrated stakeholder management by developing internal and external relationships that drive business solutions.

Experience in developing and utilizing statistics, data analysis, waste identification/elimination, process mapping, root cause analysis that inform corrective action decisions.

Knowledge of ServiceNow HR case management system and configuration and Workday business processes preferred.
