Empire, CA - Schmitt Steel Construction GmbH is a medium-sized company in the steel and metal processing industry.For over 90 years, we have been producing steel structures, pipeline components, pressure vessels, and industrial equipment components (apparatus construction).
We currently have positions available for Sheet Metal Processing/Apparatus Construction Machine Operators (m/f/d).Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machines for press bending and round rolling (sheet metal processing)
- Rolling and bending work (material thicknesses 2 to 40 mm)
Qualifications:
- Experience in sheet metal processing with CNCcontrolled machines
- Ability to work precisely and read technical drawings
- Systematic and precise work ethic, as well as flexibility, reliability, and resilience
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
