Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Processing of payroll including pre and postprocessing
  • Maintenance of master data and personnel files
  • Correspondence with authorities, social security agencies, health insurance companies, and insurance providers
  • Point of contact for health insurance companies and government agencies, as well as reporting and certification processes
  • Special tasks within projects, such as digitization of processes and maintenance of external portals (e.g. for service bike leasing providers)
  • Monitoring of reimbursement requests and coordination with internal financial accounting
  • Preparation of reports
  • Yearend activities (e.g. employers' liability insurance associations, compensation levy, provisions, disabilities, etc.)

Your qualifications:


  • Commercial education and/or qualified further training in payroll accounting
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Ideally, experience with the DATEV
