ABOUT YOUR JOB
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an innovative and attractive product presentation. You will also keep a close eye on sales goals and numbers, and take necessary actions to meet targets. Additionally, you will assist in managing the store's personnel and serve as a motivating role model for your team.

Your duties will also include actively engaging with customers, handling multiple sales transactions, and confidently leading and closing sales conversations.

ABOUT YOUR PERSONALITY

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business Administration or several years of relevant work experience.

Previous leadership experience is preferred. You should also have a strong understanding of common inventory management systems and a good grasp of business metrics.

A customer-oriented and fashion-conscious demeanor is essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team, handle pressure, and stay up-to-date with fashion trends.
