- As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Residential sales in the Southwest Washington territory, including Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Mason, Jefferson, and Clallam counties.
- Drive demand and grow sales for all Simpson product lines in the defined marketplace.
- Coach, train, and manage the professional development of the Dealer Sales Representative.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and supply chain partners.
- Promote Simpson Strong-Tie in the industry and participate in various events and educational opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in residential construction practices and distribution channels.
- Strong background in sales, account management, and leadership.
- Technical expertise, excellent presentation skills, and decision-making abilities.
