ECSC Software Support Technician (m/w/d)

Elekta is a leader in healthcare, providing innovative solutions for the treatment of brain and tumor diseases. We develop state-of-the-art medical devices and radiation planning systems for radiation therapy and radiosurgery.

Elekta Care Support is seeking a flexible, technically experienced, multilingual, and responsible employee to join our software support team.

ECSC Software Support Technicians are responsible for supporting our European customers. We are looking for an employee with a focus on the German and/or Italian market.


Key responsibilities include responding to technical and application-related inquiries, troubleshooting complex network environments, and timely and professional resolution of technical incidents.


Experience with troubleshooting Windows client and server operating systems, virtualization and remote access tools, Citrix, network configuration, troubleshooting, and installation/configuration of Microsoft SQL is required.

Fluent German and English skills are essential. Additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese
