    Job DescriptionOur recruiting firm is partnering with our growing client who will be adding a Front Office Manager at their Alliance location due to a promotion Our client is highly regarded as a professional and respectful healthcare provider and continues to grow the company by obtaining new clients, opening new offices, and hiring additional employees

    The Front Office Manager is critically important to the continued success of their Alliance location and will be the first and last impression for their patients. The responsibilities will include greeting patients with friendliness and professionalism, answering phones and scheduling appointments, keeping the office clean and orderly, maintaining inventory of office supplies, processing invoices and receiving payments, and more
    Requirements include:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Professional and polite communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
    • 1-2+ years of office experience in a customer support role preferred
    • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
