Executive Assistant/Office Manager
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for providing support to the President and CEO of All One Construction.
This position will be responsible for managing the President's calendar, dictation, and scheduling of meetings, as well as general administrative duties.
The Executive Assistant will also assist in the development of new products and services for the company.Requirements:

Estimation and invoice submittal experience required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with a diverse team in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, customers, vendors, and other employees.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Pay:
$36, $44,479.06 per year
