- Occasionally lift parts up to 50 pounds individually and infrequently up to 100 pounds as a team
- Occasional bending, reaching and squatting while performing tasks
- Consistent usage of required PPE for task being performed
- Standing and/or sitting at a desk while performing tasks
- Excellent work ethic, attitude, and people skills
- Working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, and Access
- Hiring for 2nd Shift:
- Hourly range $ with a $2/hour shift differential
- Quarterly bonus up to 12%

As a Logistics Team Leader at McDonough Logistics Center at Caterpillar Inc., you will be responsible for new hire orientation training related to PQVC format in our Greenwood logistics operations.
