In our Graduate Program, we train the marketing leaders of tomorrow.

Within the program, you will gain in-depth knowledge of performance marketing (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, web analytics, and more) and receive training in strategy consulting.

As a full-fledged team member with direct client contact from day one, you will put this knowledge into practice.

Responsibilities:

You will create business and budget plans and manage our clients' advertising budgets.
You will be responsible for creating custom reports, analyses, presentations, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Using psychological models, research, and market studies, you will be in charge of conceptualizing, implementing, managing, and optimizing our clients' campaigns.
In addition to communicating with our clients, you will also liaise with our contacts at Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
You will stay uptodate on the latest trends, dive into new topics, and share your knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed a university degree.
You have previous experience managing digital marketing channels, ideally in a digital company or agency.
