Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Field Service to troubleshoot, repair, start-up and maintain HVAC units and systems. Foster and sustain customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence. Identify and propose sales opportunities. Offer effective resolutions to customer issues. Collaborate with Service Department supervisor and dispatcher to schedule and execute service repairs and maintenance. Submit timely and accurate reports of all service work. Be prepared to work extended hours during service emergencies and peak seasons. Mentor and train apprentices and junior technicians to facilitate their professional development.
Requirements:
Possess a S2 or D2 license.
EPA certification Type Universal Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems to include but not limited to RTUS, split systems, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
Valid driver's license Must be a US citizen. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Capable of adjusting to the physical requirements of commercial tasks, such as working in varying temperatures, lifting heavy loads, and working at heights on ladders and elevated surfaces.
