    We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to lead the development of laser-based measurement and inspection sensor technology.



    About the Job:
    • Development and assembly of optical sensors for measurement and inspection purposes
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Enhancing assembly processes for optical sensors
    • Building and testing prototype and low-volume optical sensors
    • Creating optical systems using advanced ray tracing techniques
    • Reviewing sensor designs to ensure they meet specifications
    • Troubleshooting optical and electronic sensors
    • Overseeing laser safety compliance
    Requirements:
    • BS/MS in Optics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
    • Practical experience with optical components and assembly
    • Ability to work with miniature optical parts and electronics
    • Familiarity with geometric optics, mechanical tolerancing, and optical design
    • Experience in opto-mechanical design and testing
    • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting
    • Self-motivated with good teamwork skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
