    Description

    Reico Kitchen and Bath is looking for a Field Services Technician!


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Understanding the builder segment.
    • Familiarity with building codes, basic construction, and proper cabinet installation methods.
    • Proficient in all Reico products and their installation procedures.
    • Adhering to safety protocols at job sites.
    • Precisely measuring kitchens before ordering materials and verifying for any mistakes.
    • Creating kitchen layouts on sub-flooring as needed.
    • Identifying and resolving issues that may impede product installation.
    • Adjusting floor plans if required and reviewing changes with the Project Coordinator.
    • Meeting with job superintendents to discuss any concerns affecting the kitchen install.
    • Participating in subcontractor meetings organized by the job superintendent.
    • Inspecting houses post-installation to ensure quality and reporting back to relevant parties.
    • Addressing installation problems and ensuring timely completion of work.
    • Performing occasional product installations and field repairs such as touch-ups and hardware adjustments.

    Requirements:

    Traveling between Williamsburg and Richmond areas is essential. The ideal candidate should have experience in builder business, the ability to take measurements, create kitchen and bath layouts, proficient in various hand tools, and possess transport for materials and equipment.
