    Description

    Our Cleanroom Material Handler plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include supporting handling and processing of materials within operations at the QuVa facility in accordance with established processes and procedures. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications reach patients accurately and securely.     This is a full-time role for our 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This is a set, consistent schedule with minimum overtime requirements and based on site in our Bloomsbury, NJ location. This is a safety sensitive position that may be subject to random drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws.

    What the Cleanroom Material Handler Does Each Day:

    • Will directly support Cleanroom Compounding operations, Picking, and Batch Preparation
    • Staging of compounding materials in cleanrooms in preparation of compounding
    • Safely transport and transfer materials in and out of cleanrooms
    • Completes Daily/Weekly/Monthly cleaning of cleanroom and equipment in compliance with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EH&S requirements
    • Safely transport product and materials from warehouse to designated areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EH&S requirements
    • Open and empty glass vials into measurement containers in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EH&S requirements
    • Complete necessary documents for accountability and traceability of product following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs); Comply with cGMPs, and company procedures and work instructions
    • Safely transport product and materials to designated areas for disposal in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EH&S requirements
    • Daily/ Bi-Weekly/Monthly cleaning of room and equipment and fill out appropriate preventative maintenance forms and checklists in accordance with SOP's
    • Conduct and complete line and room clearances as per established procedures
    • Daily Supply list for respective area turned into receiving by scheduled time
    • Comply with 503B guidelines; cGMPs, and company standards
    • Perform equipment calibration checks and troubleshoot equipment as needed
    • Complete documentation of activities in accordance with established procedures
    • Immediate notification of production management of deviations to established processes or procedures
    • Assist other areas as needed (non-sterile filling, picking and preparation operations, etc.)

    Minimum Requirements for this Role:
    • A High School diploma or equivalent
    • Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
    • 18+ years of age
    • Familiarity with and comfortable using mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds
    • Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift throughout each shift, with or without accommodation
    • Able and willing to follow "garb and gown" requirements from head to toe in order to maintain a sterile, clean room environment. This includes:
      • Hand washing
      • Wearing hair net, shoe covers, facemask, sterile gown, and gloves, etc.
      • Stringent regulations concerning, for example, the carrying of cellphones, the wearing of jewelry and makeup, and the length / type of fingernails
    • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa will not sponsor applicants for work visas
    Any of the Following Will Give You an Edge:
    • Pharmaceutical experience
    • At least 1-year regulated manufacturing
    • Experience in a role requiring repetitive tasks, attention to detail and individualized work - such as working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
