Our Cleanroom Material Handler plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products.
Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include supporting handling and processing of materials within operations at the QuVa facility in accordance with established processes and procedures.
Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications reach patients accurately and securely.Turn your passion for precision and your commitment to quality into a meaningful impact on healthcare across the US.This is a full-time role for our 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
This is a set, consistent schedule with minimum overtime requirements and based on site in our Bloomsbury, NJ location. This is a safety sensitive position that may be subject to random drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws.What the Cleanroom Material Handler Does Each Day:
Will directly support Cleanroom Compounding operations, Picking, and Batch PreparationStaging of compounding materials in cleanrooms in preparation of compoundingSafely transport and transfer materials in and out of cleanroomsCompletes Daily/Weekly/Monthly cleaning of cleanroom and equipment in compliance with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EH&S requirementsSafely transport product and materials from warehouse to designated areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EH&S requirementsOpen and empty glass vials into measurement containers in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EH&S requirementsComplete necessary documents for accountability and traceability of product following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs); Comply with cGMPs, and company procedures and work instructionsSafely transport product and materials to designated areas for disposal in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and EH&S requirementsDaily/ Bi-Weekly/Monthly cleaning of room and equipment and fill out appropriate preventative maintenance forms and checklists in accordance with SOP'sConduct and complete line and room clearances as per established proceduresDaily Supply list for respective area turned into receiving by scheduled timeComply with 503B guidelines; cGMPs, and company standardsPerform equipment calibration checks and troubleshoot equipment as neededComplete documentation of activities in accordance with established proceduresImmediate notification of production management of deviations to established processes or proceduresAssist other areas as needed (non-sterile filling, picking and preparation operations, etc.)
