As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a signal mechanic (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG at the Köthen (Anhalt) location. As part of a qualification, you will initially start as a skilled worker in the field of signaling and safety technology. You will go through several development steps with us until you reach the position of signal mechanic.
Your tasks:

You are responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of a variety of systems in the field of signaling and safety technology
The focus of your work is on electronic components such as signals, switches and signal boxes, but you will also learn about mechanical components
You will usually carry out your tasks in your regional area as part of a team, independently and reliably
You will maintain electrical indoor and outdoor systems, but your main work will be outdoors
In addition, your tasks will include troubleshooting and creating and forwarding fault reports
Your work begins and ends at your central base in Köthen - here you will collect all necessary materials, modern equipment and measuring instruments, as well as the vehicle
