Northwest Harwinton is currently seeking a Polsterer (M/W/D) for our location at BW Bielefelder Werkstätten in Bielefeld. This is a 3-year vocational training program with a start date of [insert date].


Your responsibilities will include creating upholstered furniture using high-quality fabrics and leather, learning how to create patterns, gaining insight into the processing of metal frames and functional furniture, and getting to know all aspects of the company through various departments.

You will also attend the Wilhelm-Normann-Berufskolleg in Herford.


To be successful in this role, you should have a Hauptschulabschluss, an interest in technical processes, good manual dexterity, enjoy working in a team, and have strong organizational skills.
