We are currently looking for a

Quality Management Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time (20 hours/week) in Heiligenhaus

Your future tasks:

Implementation of quality management in our departments in collaboration with the quality management officer
Participation in updating and maintaining the QM system and related documents
Entering QM documents into our new organizational software
Support in planning and conducting internal audits
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
Organizing training and workshops

Your profile:

Completed training in social or healthcare or a comparable qualification
Qualification as a quality management assistant or quality management officer desirable
Professional experience in social fields
Experience in the field of integration assistance for people with disabilities and/or in nursing would be desirable
Initiative and flexibility in facing new challenges
Proficient in using common computer applications
Reliability, thoroughness, organizational skills
