Who are we looking for:
We are looking for an
HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in full-time for our client, a company in the pharmaceutical industry.
What you bring:
- Completed university degree in business administration, psychology or similar
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner and/or in other strategic HR roles preferably in the life science sector
- Relevant experience in an international environment
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of HR processes, structures and systems, uptodate on marketrelevant HR topics and trends
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the company, strong networker
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and knowledge of works constitution law
- Handson mentality, strong focus on results and motivation to shape in a rapidly growing, global, dynamic matrix structure
- Negotiation skills in English
The job:
- First point of contact and sparring partner for executives regarding all strategic and operational HR issues within the responsible area of responsibility
