    Distribution Center/Facility Manager

    About The Role

    • Oversee the entire warehouse operation, including fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, and receiving, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SLAs
    • Directly manage the Operations Manager for ShipBob operations, providing guidance, strategy, and oversight
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability across all brands and fulfillment services
    • Monitor and manage all warehouse and DC budgets, including labor, shipping, and operational expenses
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, including experience in ecommerce fulfillment operations
    • Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and operations within a highvolume fulfillment environment
    • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
    • Proficient in using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and technology platforms, with a strong understanding of operational tools and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of leading through change and fostering a collaborative team environment
