    Role and Responsibilities:

    · Experience in support team.

    · End-to-end responsibility of the entire support team.

    · Basic to intermediate level of understanding about the SAP ERP.

    · Should be willing to work in shifts (24*7 support).

    · Recommend business performance improvements.

    · Strong team and individual players.

    · TMS Knowledge:

    Process an in-depth understanding of Blue Yonder's Transportation Management Systems, including its features, capabilities, and configuration.

    · Best Practices. Provide guidance on industry best practices for transportation management to ensure clients leverage the TMS effectively.

    · Project Leadership: Lead or participate in TMS implementation project, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

    · Configuration and Testing: Configure the TMS according to the client's requirements and oversee testing to ensure the system performs as expected.

    · Consultative Approach: Act as a consultant, offering advice and recommendations to clients on how to improve their transportation operations and reduce costs.

    · Well versed with Microsoft suite of applications like Excel, PowerPoint etc.
