    Description

    Manage and support the delivery of effective compensation solutions to ensure best in class, effective Compensation solutions aligned to business requirements.

    The Role

  • Support Compensation Lead within the assigned Segment/Geo portfolio in the design and implementation of broad-based compensation initiatives and project work streams ensuring effective solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders and client groups within a Segment/Geo to understand specific local comp related issues and situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide compensation expertise and training to assigned clients group to ensure all compensation related activities are understood and delivered effectively.
  • Manage processes related to compensation changes throughout the year (annual cycle, mid-year, off-cycle), working with assigned client groups, providing advice to ensure an effective process.
  • Oversee benchmarking requests, work with HR and the business to understand requirements, develop correct solutions and review Analyst work in preparation for delivery to the business.
  • Lead workstreams and projects for Segment, Geo and Global compensation related activities and ensure effective implementation.
