- Projects within the HR/Employee Relations and Benefits/Payroll
- Assist with or facilitate benefits and payroll related projects (intern role based on complexity
- Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents
- Prepare correspondence and memos as needed
- Create presentations
- Maintain employee files and ensure that filing is done at the end of each week (e.g. personnel files)
- Supports and complies with established company's corporate principles
- Spanish language skills including ability to fluently communicate/translate (verbal and written)
- Experience with timekeeping systems, such as eTime is a plus
- Must currently be enrolled in college as a freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student with an HR-related major
- Must have a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional demeanor with ability to recognize priority projects and schedule time accordingly
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
