the Department of Childcare Facilities of Caritas Munich and its surroundings. Our network includes over 40 childcare facilities, currently educating and caring for over 2,800 children. We are the provider of daycares, kindergartens, after-school care, and children's houses. A cooperative and respectful teamwork, as well as collaboration with our interfaces, is a given for us.


You will be responsible for
:

- coordinating tasks in the central contact point of the department
- independently handling organizational and administrative tasks
- processing accounting tasks in the area of material and creditor accounting
- providing professional support to our managers in the facilities and specialist departments
- carrying out and supporting the development of work assignments

- have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
- can provide additional qualifications in the field of accounting
