- Coordinates operational personnel engaged in functions relating to programs for cadetsincluding daily activities, recreation, academic, instructional and counseling services.
- Assists in the formulation and implementation of policies, rules and regulations for theinstruction and care of cadets.
- Provides monitoring, oversight, supervision and coordination for the recruiting and admissionsprogram.
- Shares responsibility with the academy director for supervising and managing therecruiting and admissions staff.
- Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining the recruiting and advertising program, recruitingthroughout the state.
- Assists the director and assistant director in administering all phases of the operations.
- Supervises on-campus recruiting and admissions staff primarily responsible to coordinate alladmission efforts.
- Coordinates training activities associated with academic courses and related instruction.
- Participates in seeking, screening and interviewing academy applicants and assists in selectingcadets who have the chance of success in meeting their individual and academy goals.
- Coordinates work projects and job fairs with cadet schedules.
- Ensures the highest degree of safety is incorporated in all training and activities of staffand cadets. Minimum Requirements EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.

Collaborates with program participants andstakeholders on planning, implementing, and monitoring of provision of program services.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Three years of professional experience in management or administration.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: A master's degree will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Administrative or business experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
