- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the DC-DC product line.
- Drive new product development, product launches, and product life-cycle management.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for new products and product improvements.
- Manage pricing and gross margin for the product line
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage the product line P&L and financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- 15+ years of product management or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on power management products
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps
- Strong technical knowledge of power management products and applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
