    Job Description

    Renesas is seeking a Sr. Product Line Director in Plano Texas.

    Qualifications
    • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the DC-DC product line.
    • Drive new product development, product launches, and product life-cycle management.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for new products and product improvements.
    • Manage pricing and gross margin for the product line
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Manage the product line P&L and financial performance.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
    • 15+ years of product management or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on power management products
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps
    • Strong technical knowledge of power management products and applications
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
