- Large package/furniture distribution centers situated in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey, totaling 9.2 million square feet, with an additional 1.2 million square feet of independent final-mile furniture hubs.
- Small package eCommerce distribution centers in Mississippi, Arizona, and Tennessee totaling 3.9 million square feet. These centers employ over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary staff in Mississippi and Tennessee.
- Manufacturing facilities in North Carolina and Mississippi covering 861k square feet, with more than 1,500 full-time employees generating approximately $900 million to $1 billion in sales of upholstered furniture. This includes the 3 Sutter Street Upholstery Factories in North Carolina and Mississippi, involving over 1,400 FTEs contributing to sales of approximately $900 million to $1 billion in upholstered furniture.
- Transportation Department handling Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Rail operations, managed by over 30 transportation professionals based in Memphis, TN.
- Our Sourcing offices employ 700 associates across 10 countries in Asia and Europe, including China, Vietnam, Singapore, India, Italy, and Turkey.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business data, trends, and performance metrics
- Apply statistical methods and tools to derive meaningful insights
- Effectively communicate findings to support decision-making
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and System administrator for key Transportation Management Systems
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Perform thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for operational efficiency enhancement or cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives
- Provide input for business planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Recommend opportunities for optimizing business processes and efficiency
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments
- Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and comprehension
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, engineering, data information systems, or related fields, or equivalent professional certification from a coding bootcamp in lieu of a degree
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on senior-level responsibilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a focus on current BI software
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging business analysis trends
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master of Business Administration
- Preferred experience with Manhattan TMS, Qlikview, PowerBI, Tableau, Yardview, Alteryx, Talend, and ETL software
- Background in project management
- Prior experience in transportation
- Capacity to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladder
