Our stores are the heart of Takko Fashion, with over 1,900 locations in 17 countries across Europe. If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy providing excellent customer service, then you are the perfect fit for us. We are currently seeking candidates for our Salesperson Training Program (m/w/d).

As a trainee at Takko Fashion, you won't just be stocking shelves or making coffee. Instead, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the retail industry.

Your Responsibilities

You will receive practical training in one of our Takko Fashion stores. This will include learning about daily operations, such as purchasing, sales, marketing, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Theoretical training will be provided at a local vocational school.
You will have the opportunity to take on some departmental responsibilities during your training.
Upon successful completion of the 2-year program, you can either start your career as a Salesperson (m/w/d) or extend your contract to become a Retail Manager (m/w/d) based on your performance.
