Insight Global is hiring for a talented Customer Support Consultant to join a Veterinary Services and Diagnostics company. This would be joining the Business Services & Subscription team, which is continuing to grow to meet business demands.This team is part of the Customer Success Virtual Operations division, a dynamic team that is focusing on improving the customer experience across all Veterinary Software billing functions.
This role will be performing a variety of customer service activities for internal and external customers, providing information, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in a Customer Support role supporting a SaaS application
