- Generating RFI's, Submittals, Change orders and schedules for all on site activity
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
- Attend meetings and contribute to presentations
- 5-10 years of experience as an PM in Masonry, Waterproofing, or a related role. Have a current PM that was a PM in an interiors design fixture company.
- An experienced PM that can jump in and do the job right away
- Ground-up experience in one of their disciplines
- $90K-$130K depending on experience
