Join Our Restoration Waterproofer Team

Job Summary:

As a Restoration Waterproofer at BRS, you will engage in a variety of restoration projects, handling diverse materials and installation techniques.

You will need to adapt to working in various weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and read and assess technical drawings accurately.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Repair and replace coatings, remove and replace caulking, contribute to installati9on of membrane flashi9ngs, and perform similar waterproofing repairs and restoration.
  • Operate power tools, aerial lifts, scaffolds, suspended scaffolds, and other equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols on all job sites.
  • Assess and interpret technical drawings for precise installation and repairs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals.

Trade Requirements / Proficiencies:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the masonry trade, or as a laborer with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • DOT Card and a clean driving record.
  • OSHA Certification.
  • Proficient with power tools and equipment.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Product knowledge of sealants, coatings, membrane waterproofing, expansion joints, deck coatings, etc.

Preferred Skills:


  • Comprehensive knowledge of masonry and waterproofing restoration techniques.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Hourly rate: $30$50/hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Annual performance bonus up to 10% of salary.
  • Full benefits package, including health and dental insurance.
  • Paid vacation time.

Pay:
$ $55.00 per hour
