The Facility Services Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction possible, exceeding customers' expectations, redeem performance objectives through subordinate organization while meeting contractual commitments to the customer in a timely, high-quality manner.

Continuously recruit and develop staff, and redeem all financial objectives as assigned. In this role you will work primarily on the campus of a key client in the Oxon Hill area.


Summary of Job Functions:


  • Supervise engineer and maintenance staff.
  • Report and respond to customer needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve skills of individuals and subordinates as a group. Supervise and plan a training program for each associate. Assure the technical capabilities of the staff are consistent with the contractual commitments.
  • Delegate, organize work of others by job description and procedures; get subordinates to agree on objectives. Effectively audit performance of all subordinates and followup. Recommend appropriate personnel actions (i.e., hiring, firing, promotions, demotions, etc...). Effectively implement and audit the company Facility Services Policy and Procedures Manual for each facility.
  • Assist in sales and execution of new agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Wellrounded background as an engineer and supervisor.
  • Values and display exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organization skills.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Maryland, DC or equivalent stationary engineer license
  • Technical training in building operating systems
  • 35 years of experience in a supervisor capacity
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Comfortable working on computers
  • Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

Compensation & Benefits:


Average Starting Rate:
$100,000-$130,000 per year, with annual bonus potential of approximately $15,000.
