POSITION OVERVIEW:
Assisting guests with luggage, performing pick-ups and drop-offs in rooms, and luggage at check-in & check-out.


HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Check/store luggage for hotel guests both for day & night
  • Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Explain all hotel facilities, their location in the hotel, hours of operations, and answer all questions about the facility and other hotel questions
  • Show guests to room assisting with luggage
