Their portfolio includes equipment and machinery rental, temporary infrastructure, and construction logistics.


The group offers solutions in the construction, drive and energy, and engineering and plant construction segments, and operates in 43 countries worldwide with around 11,000 employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the location
  • Disciplinary and professional leadership and development of employees in various functions
  • Implementation of a demandoriented and proper rental business according to the ZRD rental strategy and existing internal regulations
  • Monitoring and optimization of operational processes
  • Maintenance of existing customer base
  • Direct customer support via telephone and personal visits to customers and construction sites
  • Preparation and implementation of measures in cooperation with other locations, competence centers, and rental stations in the area
  • Participation in cost, result, and fleet planning in the area of responsibility
  • Implementation of all prescribed measures to minimize risks regarding equipment losses, bad debts, e.g. credit checks
  • Preparation and processing of offers and rental contracts, as well as invoice creation and maintenance (data entry) of existing systems
  • Support of accounts receivable management and financial accounting
  • Incoming and outgoing inspection of rented machinery and equipment, as well as arranging necessary repairs, cleaning, and maintenance work and possible recharges to customers
  • Ensuring proper transport of machinery and equipment by own vehicles or by freight forwarders
