The Programmatic Mass Media Specialist will support the Manager of Mass Media on day-to-day mass media strategy development, budget planning, campaign activation, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
The Specialist's primary focus will be on monitoring delivery pacing, validating performance trends at a monthly level, and providing insights on quarterly trends, which will lead to optimization recommendations.
You Will:
- Manage the data validation and analysis of LTV, CTV, and streaming audio by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all delivery against plan metrics.
- Prepare and provide Mass Media performance reports, data analyses, and proposed action items to internal and external teams
- Provide insights and campaign optimization recommendations on monthly and quarterly performance trends.
- Monitors delivery pacing across all Audio & TV core campaigns and tests, providing weekly updates.
- Support testing initiatives as determined by the Mass Media Manager
- Lead development of supportive Audio campaigns as determined by the Mass Media Manager
You Have:
- 12 years of handson experience with campaign management
- Solid understanding of mass media and optimization levers a plus
- Excellent analytical skills, including experience reviewing campaign performance results and making recommendations for future action.
- Proficient in quantitative analysis / analytical thinking with proven ability to translate analysis into actionable and valuable insights.
- Strong project management and time management skills with attention to detail and focus on quality of results are essential to balancing multiple projects and deliverables.
- Proven experience leading campaign initiatives from start to finish including planning, launching, optimizing and reporting
