Position Summary:

In the role of Director of Marketing Campaigns at Empower, you will be the architect of our commercial success, designing and leading groundbreaking campaigns across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels.

Your collaboration with the Head of Marketing will see you at the helm of a talented team, including Campaign Managers, Marketing Coordinators, and Lead Acquisition Specialists, all united in the pursuit of exceeding our ambitious revenue and growth goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives and organizational goals.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Managers, Marketing Coordinators, ABM, and Lead Acquisition Specialists to develop cohesive and impactful marketing strategies and messaging that drive campaign performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate campaign strategies across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels, maximizing market impact and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, and multimedia assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the management of campaign assets, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with brand standards and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns in realtime to maximize effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead the development and execution of datadriven insights and reporting strategies to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and resourcefulness within the commercial marketing team, inspiring excellence and innovation in campaign execution.
  • Provide leadership, feedback, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing campaigns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
