    Summary:

    Responsible for assisting SVP Compliance Officer in the executive of regulatory standards related to banking rules and regulations. This includes maintaining the vendor management program.

    Job Requirements:

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience.

    Requires a minimum of three years' experience in vendor management and compliance support with a commercial bank or a related financial services company.

    Must be process and detail oriented.

    Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally, build rapport and have an impact across all levels of the organization.

    Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Specific Job Functions

    :

    Requires extensive knowledge of vendor management processes.
    Evaluate the overall effectiveness of third-party relationships includes manage and control risk of vendor relationship
    Evaluate the third party's financial condition at least annually.
    Complete vendor security assessments.
    Evaluate all new vendor relationships.
    Requires experience with building databases to support reporting processes.

    Stays current with changes regarding BSA/AML, OFAC, PATRIOT Act, and Customer Identification; determines effect of such laws and regulations on Bank policies, procedures and practices and recommends/ implements changes.

    Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Bank's compliance function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
