    SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT (Business and Individual Tax)

    Who We Are: We are not your average accounting firm We are a bookkeeping, accounting, tax and consulting firm located in Doylestown, PA. We work with clients of all different sizes in a wide variety of industries. What that means for our tax staff is exposure to all types of tax returns, both individual and business, for a diverse set of clients.

    Skills and Qualifications for this position:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
    • CPA Track Applicants Preferred
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a public tax accountant type role
    • Experience with both Individual and Business Tax Return Preparation
    • Proficient Knowledge of Internal Revenue Code
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel
    • Experience with Various types of Tax Software (Ultra Tax, Drake, etc.)
    • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online a plus
    • Ability to work with multiple clients, manage deadlines and projects, often simultaneously
    • Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented

    Expectations of the Role: Our tax accountants have a variety of responsibilities for multiple client engagements that include but are not limited to:

    • Preparing Federal, State and Local income tax returns individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts and non-profit entities.
    • Developing comprehensive knowledge of client's business and tax circumstances
    • Creating year-round tax planning projections and strategies to meet client needs
