Power Design is seeking a motivated marketing professional who's ready to join a growing team of brand champions. This role will spearhead our content strategy and planning, steering the ship for dynamic content across blogs, marketing materials, video, customer communications, website, and social media to boost brand awareness and reputation. The Marketing Strategist will work closely on creative production with major company stakeholders and across departments to help drive brand awareness, sales, and recruitment efforts on a national scale.

Position Details/Responsibilities...

• Lead content strategy and planning, and oversee content development for blogs, marketing materials, customer communications, website, and social media to boost brand reputation.
• Lead the development and execution of thought leadership and subject matter expert campaigns to continue to position Power Design and its executive members as industry experts and leaders.
• Lead the customer, partner, and vendor external outreach strategy and execution of related initiatives.
• Collaborate on social strategy development and execution, as well as social media advocacy campaigns, to ensure alignment around business objectives.
• Collaborate on corporate stewardship and community relations initiatives related to brand awareness and business strategy.
• Support the execution of Power Design's media relations strategy and execute initiatives on an as needed basis.
• Mentor team members on executing developed strategies and building campaigns to uphold the image and brand sentiment of Power Design.

Here's What We're Looking For...

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or another related field is required.
• 5-8 years prior experience in a public relation, marketing, content development, and/or communications role is required.
• Superior written and verbal communications skills, including highly proficient in AP Style. Writing requirements are required.
• Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Cision, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc., highly recommended.
• Ability to conduct long-range strategic planning for organizational effectiveness and proven success executing strategic plans.
• Possess a keen sense of urgency, responsiveness and professionalism in all tasks, assignments, and communication (written, verbal, non-verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with changing priorities, including shifting tasks and quickly reprioritizing.
• Skilled at collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to problem-solve and make high-level decisions.
