- The Marketing Strategist is responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives to support the organization's objectives in collaboration with leadership. Initiatives can include but may not be limited to campaigns and special projects targeting consumers and physicians for the purpose of building brand awareness, preference and loyalty, and increasing volume to maximize the return on investment.
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of competitors, physician relationships, health care trends and market research, advertising, consumer loyalty programs, technology, and overall market dynamics.
- The position works cross functionally to manage and execute assigned initiatives ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Additional required skills may include developing media and messaging strategy, leveraging market research and competitive analysis, reporting on campaign/project performance, forecasting, managing budgets, and project management.
- Responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders, determining resource allocation, defining prioritization, and working with customers and vendors to execute marketing plans or project deliverables.
- The Marketing Strategist must be self-motivated, with exceptional interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to produce results.
