Our client recently launched a new brand identity, marking an important milestone in our company's journey. The initiative aims to ensure all sales, marketing, and priority business content reflects their new brand identity in design, voice and tone, and messaging. As part of this initiative, we're conducting quarterly content reviews with various business functions to update or retire content in our repositories, both internal and external.
As the Content Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the content refresh process, ensuring smooth transitions from intake to completion. Utilizing Trello content production management platform, you will coordinate with various stakeholders including content owners, requestors, editors, designers, and librarians. Expect to handle approximately 10-20 assets simultaneously, facilitating clear communication and progress tracking throughout the content production cycle.
