Position Mission
The FOCUS Mission Foundation Marketing team supports the mission of FOCUS by communicating with students, benefactors, staff, and others. The Marketing Program Director plans, monitors, and manages various projects, often from initiation through completion.
He or she typically juggles multiple projects at a time, overseeing execution by Marketing team members and external vendors, ensuring that work meets technical, budgetary, and timing needs.

Position Responsibilities
Assigns tasks, sets timelines, and supports team in completing responsibilities for the duration of projects, such as print materials, web development, and digital design
Uses structured project systems to monitor and track deliverables
Ensures project results meet pre-determined requirements in technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
Gives input to strategic branding for FOCUS marketing and materials
Reports on progress of projects to team and key stakeholders
Assesses marketing needs and proposes solutions
Coordinating and communicating collaboratively among Marketing team members, external vendors and contractors, and internal departments
Oversees the efficient operation of the marketing office space, ensuring a conducive and organized work environment.
Coordinates office logistics, including seating arrangements, equipment maintenance, and supplies
Streamlines office processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Implements systems for task management, communication, and project collaboration within the marketing team
Administrative tasks when needed
Assisting leadership with scheduling, invoices, and expense reports
Agency project management
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
2+ years relevant experience (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects on schedule and on budget
Ability to travel on occasion
Compensation
For this role, we anticipate paying $50,000 - $60,000/year. (This role is also eligible for bonus pay.) This range is an estimate.
The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
Personal Mission Partner Development (MPD) is one way in which the FOCUS Mission Foundation invites others to be on mission with us through the gift of their financial support.
In this position, the Marketing Program Director will be expected to fundraise a minimum of $3,260 per month to support their work with the FOCUS Mission Foundation.
To thrive in serving the mission, the candidate will receive world-class training in this area and ample time to engage in their fundraising efforts.
