- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and benefits.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training programs.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
