The "Legal" team in the "Risk & Legal" department is responsible for advising on internal and external legal matters, with a focus on IT law.

The scope of responsibilities includes analyzing and evaluating legal risks, providing recommendations for action, creating standard contracts for procurement and sales, being responsible for contract templates for legal overarching regulations related to creditor and debtor framework agreements, terms and conditions, and data processing agreements, as well as supporting contract negotiations.

  • Advising and supporting departments in various legal areas
  • Independently drafting and negotiating complex contracts, especially in collaboration with sales and provider management
  • Developing contract templates and considering changes in legal framework conditions
  • Assisting with public tenders
  • Conducting training for employees
