Your Responsibilities:


  • Creating and maintaining work plans in the ERP system and work instructions for mechanical production
  • Reviewing and approving production orders
  • Evaluating and creating rework orders for any necessary rework
  • Conducting REFA time studies in mechanical production
  • Maintaining master data for mechanical production in the ERP system (Comarch ERP Enterprise CEE)
  • Setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines according to setup plans
  • Participating in continuous improvement processes and optimizations for machine tools

Your Profile:


  • Mechanical education (machinist, industrial mechanic, etc.) with further training as a master or technician
  • Several years of experience in machining (turning, milling)
  • First experience in the field of work preparation
  • REFA training and knowledge of Lean principles
  • Experience with an ERP system preferred
  • Independent work ethic, strong technical understanding, and high quality awareness
  • Teamwork skills and good organizational abilities
