    Job Description

    Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

    Maintain accurate HR files and records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
    Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from applicants and employees regarding HR policies.
    Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires across multiple locations.
    Assist with various administrative duties and HR projects as needed.
    Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.


    Requirements:
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations.
    Proficiency in MS Office; ability to adapt to new technical systems.
    Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
    Comfortable with numeric data and MS Excel.
    Resourceful problem solver with a solid understanding of HR procedures.
    Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    Experience with Paycom is a plus.
